A high-precision inkjet printing and rewinding platform engineered specifically for the rigorous demands of the butter packaging industry. To ensure seamless downstream processing, the DIGIMAC-PM1300 is optimized for the high-speed application of high-contrast monochrome (K) QR codes onto specialized substrates prior to the lamination stage. This system ensures that variable data maintains absolute legibility when bonded against white or metallic lamination base layers. While the standard chassis is designed for a 1300mm roller width, the system architecture is modular and can be customized to accommodate the client’s specific 1320mm web width and 1270mm printing width requirements, ensuring full-page coverage across the entire substrate.

 

·  Traction Section: Features a steel-rubber dual-roller structure where the steel roller is the power roller. The steel rollers undergo secondary precision grinding, and the rubber roller is treated for anti-static properties.

·      Unwinding & Rewinding: Both mechanisms utilize an active servo-controlled method with safety chucks to ensure stable tension throughout the dynamic process.

·      Application: It is designed to print black or black-and-white QR codes onto materials after the main printing process and before lamination.
